RMA Planner


  • Planning

- Support service engineer and application engineer to provide perfect service to customer
- Work with CSR (customer service) team to communicate status on open service requests and control inventory
- Work with LCO teams globally to communicate status on open issues
- Work with RMA Planners in Penang and Hungary to understand Replacement pools and set strategy for China
- Create RMA process for China Service Center
- Spare part inventory management and disturb delivery
- Create Service Requests for LCO Service related items
- Manage Product lifecycle, including EOL impact, product recall

- RMA admin tasks such as check backlog, run reports, do paperwork


  • Logistic

- Work with broker of Customs clearance to support Repair & Return, bonded warehouse process
- Planning and Customs clearance support for component import, test station import
- Manage CMs (custom manufacturer) and push them to import, export, and schedule service
- Manage calibration, ECO for existing inventory stock



- Excellent spoken English skills
- Bachelor degree in International Trade, Economics, Business, English or logistic
- Two years working experience in planer or logistic, customs clearance, customer service
- Experienced in RMA or customer service process. Able to create and optimize new process
- Can handle challenges of work
- Ability to drive projects to improve processes
- Logistic background is preferred
- Be familiar with ERP or Oracle system
- Quick Learner and Excellent execution Skill
- Patient, Outgoing Personality and Teamwork spirit
