Administrative Assistant to China Regional Sales Director

Major Responsibilities

- Assist China Sales Director to organization different conference and events like partners and customer conference

- Assist China Sales Director to manage the calendars, meetings and travel arrangement

- Prepare all different kinds of sales and marketing reports and presentations

Major Requirements :

- Bachelor degree with major in English or other business related major

- Working experience in the Sales and Marketing department preferred

- Able to multi-task and occasionally work under time pressure (usually during last month of quarter and beginning of new quarter)

- Excellent knowledge of productivity software (Excel - especially pivot table, multiple axis-chart, simple report); (Powerpoint - Presentation Slides) and Word (Business letters)

- Good written and oral English (ability to read and understand emails and reply to her counterparts in the region and NIC)

- Good Mandarin skill is needed
